Children are our Future

We partnered with Brooklyn-based artist Dean Haspiel and writer Whitney Matheson to create, ‘LOOK!”, a comic activity book that prompts young people to complete activities whilst exploring their neighborhood and engaging with their senses.

Sharing this with our neighbors at PS124, a public elementary school here in Gowanus. We worked with curriculum designers Giovanna Fischer and Raquel Vigil to ensure we were supporting creative education and literacy. After completing the books, the students visited our office and shared their stories with us. There was a disproportionate number of rats featured as superheroes.
